One accountable team. Seven Cisneros leads a dedicated group of software and hardware specialists assigned to VERO COA, so the people who know your building are the people who serve it.
The 90-Day Cache Pledge. Our work is backed by a written pledge that protects VERO COA and gives the Board confidence that the job is done right and stands behind us after delivery.
Clear, documented communication. Residents, staff, and management reach a single point of contact for all access control matters, and every finding is recorded and reported in writing.
Our Responsibilities to VERO COA
Cache is responsible for inspecting, documenting, and reporting on the condition and integrity of the community’s access control system. We conduct a thorough per-door review, account for issued credentials, validate PIN and fob configurations, flag items that require management attention, and deliver written findings to the Board on the agreed schedule. We protect the confidentiality of the community’s security information and preserve records that may be relevant to the Association.
What We Ask of VERO COA
A successful partnership depends on access and timely decisions. We ask that management and the Board provide reasonable access to common areas and units during scheduled windows, designate a point of contact for approvals, and respond to flagged items, such as units requiring pre-approval or owner consent, so that the community’s security posture stays current and complete.

As VERO COA’s technology partner, Cache is positioned to support the community’s ongoing security needs, from routine maintenance and credential management to future system improvements.
